Top Trend Analysis
A new "Top Trend" feature has been added to the top of the Issue Details Page, directly displaying the issue's ranking over the past three days.Hover over the ranking number at the top to view its daily rankings for the past 3 days. Rankings are color-coded for quick identification::
TOP1-10: Red
TOP11-20: Orange
TOP21-50: Yellow
TOP51-100: Purple
TOP101-200: Gray
TOP201 and beyond: Rankings not displayed
New Metric in the Overview Page: Devices with ≥3 Crashes
A new metric, "Devices ≥3 Crashes", has been added to the Overview page. It refers to the number of devices that experienced ≥3 crashes in a single day within the statistical period (such as hourly, daily, etc.). It focuses on devices experiencing frequent crashes and allows users to quickly locates devices that have crashed multiple times.
Quick Search for Frequently Used Device & User IDs
The Search Page has added Frequently Used Device & User ID buttons. Go to the "Search" module, click "+ Add Frequently Used IDs" below, and manually enter your frequently used IDs to add them. For subsequent use, the list will prioritize saved IDs, no need to re-enter.
Top Issues adds a custom date comparison feature
A new custom date comparison feature has been added to the Overview Page, covering the "Hourly Top Issues" and "Daily Top Issues".
For Hourly Top Issues page, three comparison conditions are available:Day-over-day,Hour-over-hour and Custom Time Period Comparison.
For Daily Top Issues Page, two comparison conditions are available:Day-over-day and Custom Date Comparison.
